Role Overview

Confido is hiring a Technical Recruiter to support the expansion of its engineering team during a period of fast growth. The position owns full-cycle recruiting across several technical searches at once and works closely with engineering and talent leadership to establish the recruiting foundation for the company.

This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who enjoys sourcing, moving quickly, and working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. The person in this seat will contribute both to day-to-day hiring execution and to the development of recruiting processes as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruiting for technical openings, including engineering, product, and design positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to clarify hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and support decision-making.
• Create and maintain strong outbound talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking, and inventive outreach.
• Juggle several active searches at the same time while keeping the candidate journey positive and the process well-managed.
• Improve recruiting workflows, tools, reporting, and operational efficiency as the organization grows.
• Keep the applicant tracking system accurate and well maintained across all recruiting activity.

What They’re Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of end-to-end technical recruiting experience in startup or high-growth settings.
• Background recruiting technical talent for B2B SaaS companies.
• Strong outbound sourcing ability with a proven record of reaching and engaging high-quality candidates.
• Excellent organization, process discipline, and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and a track record of creating strong candidate experiences.
• Comfort working with recruiting metrics, pipeline data, and a data-driven hiring approach.

Role Expectations

• This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and visibility.
• A large portion of the work will involve sourcing and conducting initial candidate conversations.
• You will both help shape recruiting processes and execute the hiring workflow directly.
• The role is designed for someone who wants to grow with a scaling company and contribute as a builder.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $150K to $180K.
