Role overview

This position is for a technical leader who can steer the design and delivery of complete web applications while working hands-on with C++. The job calls for someone who can shape architecture, guide engineering execution, and ensure that products remain fast, dependable, and scalable throughout the software lifecycle.

What you will do

Lead the build and maintenance of end-to-end web applications using C++ along with modern web stack technologies.
Own the full software delivery cycle, from understanding requirements through ongoing maintenance.
Architect systems that are built for scale, speed, reliability, concurrency, and multithreaded execution, using STL, Boost, and sound design principles.
Supervise and coach teams working across frontend, backend, and database functions.
Shape MongoDB data structures, including schema planning, indexing, aggregation pipelines, and scalable modeling approaches.
Promote strong engineering practices around code quality, system design, and agile delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering output with product objectives.

Engineering leadership and delivery

Define and manage source control workflows, including branching, versioning, and release processes in Git.
Handle code integration work, work through merge conflicts, and keep builds stable across environments.
Drive CI/CD automation for building, testing, and deploying software.
Plan release schedules and ensure delivery is both timely and high quality.
Set coding standards, establish code review discipline, and implement quality gates.
Track application performance, investigate production issues, and maintain system reliability.

Experience and technical background

At least 6 years of experience developing C++ applications, including exposure to leadership responsibilities.
Strong command of object-oriented programming, OOAD, and data structures and algorithms.
Practical experience with multithreading, IPC, synchronization, and concurrent systems.
Ability to work on backend systems and connect them with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Good understanding of databases, especially MongoDB and graph databases, along with data modeling and query design.
Experience designing and consuming APIs, including working with JSON data.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

This opportunity is open only to candidates with at least 3 years of experience, and it is specifically for Computer Science Engineering students.

Compensation

The offered salary range is ₹10,00,000 to ₹20,00,000 per year.
