Role overview

Louis Vuitton is looking for a driven, client-focused Team Manager to join its leadership group in Beverly Hills. In this position, you will act as a representative of the brand, leading and motivating a strong-performing team to create exceptional client experiences, support store goals, and build long-term client relationships.

You will set the standard for performance and behaviour, working closely with the Store Director to strengthen people development, operational discipline, and a culture centered on results, teamwork, and client service.

Key responsibilities

Working together with the Store Director, you will help own overall business and team performance and contribute to the success of both. The role calls for commercial awareness, familiarity with the luxury and local market, and ideally experience in retail.

Because the environment is fast-moving, you should be adaptable, customer-oriented, and comfortable thriving in a changing setting. Strong leadership and a genuine commitment to service excellence are essential to exceeding client expectations.

Profile

You will be expected to ensure every client receives a consistently elevated experience. The role involves regular coaching, identifying training and development needs, and aligning individual and team objectives with business priorities.

Team Managers also build action plans to improve results and product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training initiatives, and team engagement.

Compensation and benefits

The selected candidate will receive a base salary between USD 115,000 and USD 130,000 per year, along with the opportunity for a bonus. The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, multiple paid time off programs, employee discounts/perks, and two retirement plans with employer contributions.
