Supply Chain Coordinator

Role Overview

QCS Staffing is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator for a major new site in Dublin, Ireland. The position is a 12-month contract within a large-scale, fast-moving €1 billion project, offering the chance to work with advanced technology and build on existing skills in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make sure the Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) is producing enough to satisfy customer demand.
• Help ensure purchase orders from CMOs are delivered on schedule.
• Serve as the External Manufacturing (ExM) point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product queries, shipments, and scheduling.
• Raise purchase orders promptly in line with contractual obligations and project timelines.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Capability to manage priorities, work to tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Well-developed analytical, organisational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
