What you'll do

In this role, you will help keep workers and road users safe by making sure traffic management plans are implemented correctly and efficiently. You will take charge on site, coordinate set-up and pack-down activities, and run toolbox and closure briefings to keep the team aligned.

• Guide and assist TMO crews on site
• Coach and develop junior STMS team members
• Make sure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Adapt quickly to changing site conditions and solve problems as they arise

This is a Monday to Friday position based in Queenstown, with occasional night work, weekend work, and on-call emergency response requirements.
