Role Overview

Tudip Technologies is seeking a Senior Learning Operations Manager to strengthen and scale its global learning and enablement operations. This position centers on handling training requests, coordinating across regions, managing global ticketing, and ensuring smooth execution of learning programs with a strong focus on operational quality.

Training and Learning Operations

  • Own the full lifecycle of training requests through internal systems, making sure entries are accurate, prioritized correctly, and completed on time.
  • Keep the training request queue healthy and work through any accumulated backlog.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of learning offerings from intake through final delivery.
  • Coordinate scheduling and execution for both private and public training sessions.

Ticketing and Operational Support

  • Manage global ticketing workflows in Salesforce and ensure service-level expectations are met.
  • Review ticketing dashboards to understand performance patterns, operational trends, and escalations.
  • Help clear operational backlogs and support ad hoc projects through reconciliation and closure.

Communication and Request Handling

  • Monitor Slack and email channels proactively and respond to operational requests and escalations promptly.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication across all support channels and participate in meetings as the representative for the assigned function.

Stakeholder and Regional Ownership

  • Serve as the main contact for regional stakeholders in APJ, including Korea, as well as EMEA and AMER.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Lead enablement sessions on topics where you have ownership or subject-matter expertise.

Marketing and Enablement Support

  • Partner with stakeholders on enablement initiatives.
  • Support marketing and field event activities, including World Tour initiatives.
  • Assist with various marketing-led training programs and related requests.

  • Solid background in operations, learning programs, or enablement support.
  • Practical experience using LMS or similar platforms such as Salesforce and Airtable.
