Role overview

This position calls for an experienced data engineering professional who can design, develop, and support dependable data solutions that help the organization make informed, data-backed decisions. The role involves building scalable data architectures and handling data processing needs across both analytical and operational use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support scalable data pipelines and integration workflows.
• Create and improve data architecture, data models, and storage frameworks.
• Gather data from multiple internal and external sources, then transform, clean, and verify it.
• Maintain strong standards for data quality, accuracy, consistency, and governance.
• Track pipeline and platform performance and make improvements to boost reliability and speed.
• Work with business users, analysts, and technical teams to understand needs and deliver suitable data solutions.
• Prepare trusted datasets to support reporting, analytics, and advanced data initiatives.
• Apply data security and privacy controls according to company policies.
• Investigate and fix data issues promptly.
• Review new technologies and suggest improvements that strengthen data capabilities and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, or a similar data-focused role.
• Solid working knowledge of database technologies and data modeling principles.
• Prior exposure to business intelligence, reporting, and analytics support work.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently while also contributing effectively in cross-functional teams.
