Security Business Analyst

Role overview

This contract opportunity is for a senior-level business analyst to shape the analysis, design, and implementation of security and compliance capabilities as part of a major ERP transformation initiative. The position sits at the crossroads of information security, business delivery, and technical execution, with a strong focus on embedding secure-by-design practices while staying aligned with group policies, audit expectations, and day-to-day operating needs.

What you'll do

• Lead the business analysis approach for the security workstream.
• Map and improve end-to-end processes so that security controls are built in from the start.
• Convert policy requirements and risk considerations into clear, actionable business requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and close any design gaps that emerge.
• Work closely with Change, PMO, and delivery teams to support adoption across the programme.
• Monitor and report on benefits tied to reduced risk and stronger compliance.

What we're looking for

• At least 8 years of business analysis experience within large transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IT governance.
• Experience in regulated environments or settings with heavy audit requirements.
• Excellent facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Comfort working with tools such as Visio, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SAP or broader ERP transformation projects.
• Experience with security tools, PMO functions, risk, or GRC work.
• Background in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
