The organization supports students aiming for higher studies in Canada, the USA, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe by preparing them for tests such as IELTS, GRE, GMAT, and SAT. It also helps learners choose suitable undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma programs based on their academic profile and career goals. Along with admissions support, the team offers assistance with SOP writing, scholarships, visa-related guidance, and pre- and post-arrival planning. School students after 10th and 12th standard are also guided through a structured approach to address career decisions.
Role Summary
This is a full-time, in-office sales position in Vadodara. The selected candidate will connect with prospective students and their families, present the company’s study abroad and test preparation services, and support them through the enrollment journey.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will generate and evaluate leads, handle consultations, respond to inquiries, and maintain correct data in CRM or other sales tracking systems. The role also requires close coordination with counseling and operations teams so that applications and admissions move forward smoothly. Achieving personal and team sales goals will be an important part of the job.
In addition, the candidate will take part in promotional and outreach activities such as seminars, school and college visits, and local events. These efforts are expected to strengthen the brand presence and build lasting connections with educational institutions and partners.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should have strong selling and negotiation abilities, along with the confidence to convert inquiries into enrollments. Good communication and people skills are essential for interacting with students, parents, and institutional contacts.
A service-oriented approach is important, as the role involves understanding learner needs and suggesting suitable solutions. Familiarity with study abroad processes, international education options, and standardized tests like IELTS, GRE, GMAT, and SAT is useful, though candidates who are eager to learn will also be considered.
Comfort with CRM platforms, MS Office, and online communication tools is needed. The role also calls for strong organization and time management to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and deadlines effectively. A bachelor’s degree in any field is required, and backgrounds in business, marketing, or education are an added advantage. Previous experience in sales, counseling, or education/edtech services is preferred but not essential.
Working Conditions
The position is based on-site in Vadodara. The candidate should be willing to work from the office and be open to occasional events or extended working hours when needed.
