Role Overview
Boomi is hiring a Sales Development Representative for Singapore to join its ASIA Inside Sales team. The role suits a high-energy professional with strong business sense and a natural interest in sales. You will work with the sales organisation, channel partners, and marketing teams to help grow the business by creating new opportunities and advancing the company’s sales strategy. This position is based in the Singapore office with a hybrid working setup.
What You Will Do
- Use the Hoffman methodology to start conversations with target contacts and key accounts across focus countries, uncovering their needs around integration, APIs, automation, and AI, and introducing Boomi’s solution value.
- Design, schedule, and run outbound campaigns that move prospects from first contact to sales-qualified leads.
- Work with Channel BDMs and strategic partners to develop targeted plays for their customer networks.
- Support Account Executives and Sales Managers in building pipeline while taking part in coaching and skill development.
- Coordinate closely with field marketing and partner marketing teams.
- Hit monthly targets for qualified opportunities and meetings sourced.
Skills and Experience
- Strong drive to win new business, with a growth-oriented mindset and openness to coaching.
- Interest in AI-led solutions and modern technology sales.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience after graduation.
- At least 1 year of business development or sales development experience at the working level.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Fluent English communication; bilingual ability is an added advantage.
- Comfort using CRM and outbound sales tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Prior inside sales exposure and experience selling software solutions is beneficial.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong energy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving international environment.
