Overview
This role is with a fast-growing global fintech operating in the FX space and supporting small and medium-sized businesses by automating financial processes and helping them transact internationally. The business has built a strong international footprint, with more than 20 offices across cities such as Melbourne, Madrid, Amsterdam, and Dublin, and is expanding its Birmingham team following significant investment and industry recognition.
You will join a sales academy designed to develop new business talent through structured, high-quality training. The position is based in Birmingham Central and offers a starting package of £30,000 basic pay plus commission.
What you'll do
- Build new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s services, target industries, and customer base.
- Use the company’s lead sourcing tools to support pipeline creation and deal activity.
- Follow up on prospects by phone and email to educate, nurture, and move them toward engagement.
- Arrange meetings with key decision-makers for new business opportunities.
- Represent the business at exhibitions and events whenever required.
