Restoration Technician

Role overview

This full-time, on-site restoration role is focused on helping repair and recover damaged homes and businesses while delivering strong service during stressful situations. Key duties

• Get work areas ready by preparing rooms and setting up staging zones and equipment for each assignment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and fellow technicians to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
• Carry out assigned production tasks according to instructions and job requirements.
• Complete daily and final job cleanup, including dismantling work setups and leaving the site neat and organized.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required.

Physical demands and job conditions

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis, and up to 100 pounds occasionally with help.
• Comfort working on ladders, at elevated heights, and in confined areas such as crawl spaces and attics.
• Capability to repeatedly push, pull, lift, and carry items throughout the workday.
• Willingness to work around cleaning chemicals and related agents.
• Must be able to pass a background check where permitted by law.

Compensation

Hourly pay is listed at $17.00 to $19.00.
