Role Overview
As a Recruiter, you will develop strong talent networks and build durable professional relationships with potential consultants. The role centers on sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for opportunities where they can perform well. You will act as an advocate for candidates, stay approachable and authentic, and work to understand how to add value throughout the search and interview process. The position also supports clients by helping them move quickly and flexibly in securing top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to understand each client’s hiring requirements.
- Create and execute a plan to locate candidates with specialized skills that align with expectations.
- Evaluate candidates through a thorough internal interview process before sharing them with external clients, including phone, in-person, and virtual interviews.
- Review applicants’ knowledge, skills, and background to determine fit for open roles.
- Support candidates with resume guidance, mock interview practice, offer-related help, and interview feedback.
- Manage a wide variety of day-to-day tasks while adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
- Deliver onboarding and post-placement support throughout the assignment period so consultants have a strong experience with the company and its clients.
- Meet weekly performance targets for calls, interviews, and placements.
- Work with your manager and recruiter support team to set and pursue individual and team goals.
