Role overview

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of important projects that support operational performance and regional business success. This position involves steering digital and web-related work from planning through delivery, making sure milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and communicate the delivery of high-priority digital or web initiatives.
• Act as the central point of contact between the EPMO and operational teams.
• Coordinate project tasks and ensure progress aligns with business strategy.
• Build detailed project plans, monitor milestones, and track delivery against deadlines.
• Maintain project records, documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Prepare and share performance updates using relevant KPIs.
• Work across functions and time zones to keep delivery moving smoothly.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships and keep all parties informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage resources effectively and support successful execution from start to finish.
• Become a super user of project management software and use it confidently in day-to-day work.

Skills and experience required

This role calls for someone with substantial project delivery experience and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-moving, cross-functional setting. You should be comfortable handling complex information, adapting to change, and communicating clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.

Additional requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven experience delivering projects across technology, marketing, sales, and operations.
• PMI certification would be an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of project management tools is required.
• Hands-on experience with both waterfall and Agile delivery methods.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage complex information.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Adaptability, resilience, and comfort with changing priorities are important.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the year.
