Role Overview

The Production Worker / Technician supports manufacturing activities by assembling, checking, and testing products to confirm they meet quality and safety expectations. The position also involves spotting faults, keeping equipment in good condition, and working according to defined production procedures.

This role is designed for support-level staff who follow established processes and work under close supervision, while handling smaller and simpler decisions independently. The role is associated with responsibilities that may span small, medium, large, division, or extra-large organizational settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and test products in line with technical specifications.
• Check completed items for defects and escalate any problems found.
• Clean and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Adhere to safety rules and quality requirements throughout the workday.
• Record production output and document test outcomes accurately.
• Support troubleshooting efforts and carry out basic maintenance tasks.
• Work closely with colleagues to help achieve manufacturing targets.

Skills and Qualifications

The position may call for basic vocational training or an equivalent level of practical experience, along with up to 2 years of relevant background.

Applicants should bring practical mechanical and technical ability, strong attention to detail, the discipline to follow instructions carefully, and solid communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with safety and quality processes is important, as is a willingness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment.
