Production Operator II

Role Overview

This position is for a Production Operator II based in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting manufacturing output by coordinating day-to-day production work, maintaining quality and safety standards, and helping keep operations running efficiently in a controlled production environment.

Work Schedule

Standard weekday schedule, Monday to Friday.

Environmental Conditions

The role must be performed in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) expectations and strict safety standards. Use of personal protective equipment may be required, including safety glasses, protective gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, and similar items.

Key Responsibilities

The operator will help organize production tasks so manufacturing targets are met through effective use of people, materials, equipment, and methods. The role calls for strong productivity, careful documentation, precision in processing, and close adherence to GMP, quality, and work-instruction requirements. The position also involves working in a busy setting, staying motivated, managing multiple priorities, carrying out basic repairs and calibration, supporting preventive maintenance, following safety and security procedures, and completing other work assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of GCE 'O' Level is preferred, along with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.

Additional Attributes

Applicants should have solid communication and teamwork abilities, basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, and familiarity with fundamental safety rules and precautionary measures.
