Product Manager

About the Role

Mygate is hiring a customer-centric Product Manager to shape product strategy, execution, and growth for offerings that serve millions of users. The role calls for someone who can independently drive multiple product efforts end to end and perform well in a dynamic, technology-led environment.

The right candidate will bring strong analytical ability, sound business judgment, a solid grasp of technical concepts, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to create excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the product journey, from identifying the problem and gathering requirements through launch, adoption, and ongoing enhancement.
• Set the product direction, roadmap, and priorities in line with business goals.
• Handle several product initiatives at once while managing trade-offs between competing priorities.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, QA, Analytics, and Business teams to release reliable, high-quality products.
• Convert customer expectations and business objectives into structured product requirements and user stories.
• Use data, customer feedback, and market research to guide product choices.
• Define performance metrics and track product outcomes to support continuous improvement.
• Study competitors and spot ways to improve user experience and business performance.
• Lead product planning, forecasting, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment across the full product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally within a product-led or SaaS company.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple initiatives and delivering products from concept to launch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with a data-first mindset.
• Good understanding of software development fundamentals, system architecture, APIs, and Agile delivery practices.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams and contributing to technical discussions.
• Hands-on experience preparing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Well-developed stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and prioritization skills.
• Exposure to consumer-facing digital products, platforms, or SaaS applications is preferred.
• Experience with product analytics tools and experimentation methods is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows is preferred.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping, user behavior analysis, and product metrics is beneficial.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled product features or automation initiatives will be an advantage.

Additional Criteria

This role is based in Kochi, Kerala, India. Candidates who can join immediately or who are serving a notice period of up to 30 days will be preferred.
