Role overview
An AI-focused technology company that is expanding rapidly is seeking a Product Engineer to help turn early ideas into production-ready software. The team is creating an AI-first platform for a major global market and needs engineers who enjoy building real products end to end.
This position is centered on product ownership rather than task-by-task delivery. You will collaborate with users, product leaders, and other engineers to create software that produces clear business impact.
What you will do
- Lead features from initial concept all the way to release.
- Develop modern applications with React, TypeScript, and Python.
- Embed AI functionality into live products.
- Work directly with customers to influence product decisions.
- Deliver quickly while upholding strong engineering quality.
What the company is looking for
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Python.
- Background building AI-enabled software in production environments.
- Strong product judgment and commercial awareness.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving setting.
- Experience gained in startups or scaling technology companies.
Package and working arrangement
The compensation package includes a base salary of £80,000 to £150,000, plus equity. The role is based in London and requires five days in the office each week. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available, along with a strong benefits package.
This is a confidential hiring process.
Additional information
The role is aimed at engineers who enjoy building new products from scratch and taking them from zero to one.
