Role Overview
Exact Technical Solutions Company is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This position is within the construction industry and requires deep practical expertise in payroll operations, including direct work with Oracle Payroll.
What the Role Involves
- Manage end-to-end payroll activities with accuracy and consistency.
- Work directly in Oracle Payroll as part of the payroll workflow.
- Maintain payroll records and support the preparation of related reports.
- Ensure payroll processing remains aligned with applicable compliance requirements.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related matters.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools to support payroll tasks and reporting.
Candidate Profile
- You should bring at least 10 years of experience in payroll.
- Practical, hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll is required.
- Background in a construction company is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, recordkeeping, reporting, and compliance is expected.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with HR and Finance stakeholders is important.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite is needed.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia.
