Role Overview

All Inclusive Collection Properties is looking for an experienced and careful Painter to support the Maintenance team in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The position focuses on improving and preserving the appearance of the property by applying paint, varnish, stain, and similar finishes across a range of surfaces. The right candidate will bring hands-on painting experience, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to neat, safe, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Get surfaces ready for finishing by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks or holes, and making sure primer is applied where needed.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other coatings to interior and exterior areas such as walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and related structures, ensuring an even and polished result.
• Blend paints and stains to match the required shade and consistency, and use proper application methods for durable results.
• Support basic repair work before painting, including minor drywall fixes, wood sanding, and other surface preparation tasks.
• Follow safety procedures at all times and keep the work area tidy, organized, and free from hazards. Use personal protective equipment such as gloves, masks, and goggles when required.
• Take care of painting tools and equipment, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other related items, so they remain in good condition.
• Coordinate with colleagues to complete painting assignments efficiently and to the expected standard.
• Organize work effectively, manage several tasks at once, and complete jobs within the planned schedule.
• Check finished work carefully to ensure quality, smoothness, and the correction of any visible flaws.
• Use environmentally responsible methods by reducing paint waste, choosing eco-friendly products when possible, and disposing of containers and materials properly.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school education or an equivalent qualification is required; painting certification or related training will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in painting, preferably in a commercial or hospitality environment, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and familiarity with brushes, rollers, sprayers, paints, and finishing materials.
• A careful eye for detail and the ability to deliver clean, well-finished surfaces.
• Physical fitness to handle lifting, standing for long periods, and working in different weather conditions.
• Awareness of safety rules for handling paints, solvents, and other chemicals used in maintenance work.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and deliver both speed and quality.
• Clear communication skills for working effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Commitment to sustainable work practices, waste reduction, and compliance with the company’s environmental expectations.
• Willingness to follow local legal requirements, health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
