Role overview

Join a fast-scaling D2C subscription brand in Central London as a Paid Social Content Creator. The role sits within the Growth team and focuses on producing short-form video content that helps Meta and TikTok campaigns perform strongly.

The business is growing quickly and is seeking someone who can generate compelling creative, manage shoots, and keep testing new ideas to improve ad performance.

What you'll do

• Develop short-form video concepts and take them from initial idea through to final edit for Meta and TikTok advertising.
• Record, edit, and deliver paid social assets that capture attention and support conversion goals.
• Plan and coordinate content shoots, including arranging locations, creators, and talent where needed.
• Create several variations from the same concept and refine creative based on performance.
• Track social trends and adapt them into content that feels genuine, current, and platform-appropriate.

Experience and skills

You should have at least one year of experience making social content, ideally for a D2C brand or agency. Background is flexible, and applicants may come from freelance, in-house, or agency environments.

Hands-on experience creating performance-led content for Meta and/or TikTok is important, along with solid video editing ability in CapCut or a similar tool. You should also be confident filming content yourself and appearing on camera when needed.

The team is looking for someone with a creative eye, a practical understanding of what makes short-form content work commercially, and a well-organised, proactive approach suited to a fast-moving growth environment.

Compensation and benefits

The package includes a salary of £35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience, EMI share options, and a bonus scheme. Additional benefits include hybrid working with three days a week in Central London, a learning and development budget, a monthly wellness allowance for fitness and health, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, free mental health counselling, and private healthcare.
