Role Summary

This full-time, on-site role in Peshawar is focused on visiting assigned customers, taking and verifying orders for Nestlé Professional products, and entering them correctly into the system. The position also involves working closely with sales and distribution teams, monitoring order progress, and handling simple order or delivery-related issues. The role is field-based and requires consistent communication, disciplined execution, and adherence to company procedures.

Key Duties

The Order Booker maintains customer records, shares product and promotional updates, follows up on pending orders, and helps ensure timely fulfillment. The role requires regular field visits, accurate booking activity, and coordination with internal teams to keep the ordering process running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong capability in order handling and processing is needed to manage daily booking tasks accurately.
• Good communication and customer service ability is essential for interacting with customers and collecting order details professionally.
• Analytical thinking is important for reviewing order patterns, spotting issues, and supporting quick resolution.
• A basic understanding of sales or distribution work, especially in FMCG or foodservice, is an added advantage.
• The candidate must be able to work on-site in Peshawar, carry out field visits, and maintain dependable attendance.
• Comfort with mobile or computer-based order entry tools is required; knowledge of MS Excel or similar software is beneficial.
• Minimum education should be intermediate/secondary; business or commerce education is a plus.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following company guidelines are important.
