What You Will Do
- Direct daily business activities to keep operations efficient and productive.
- Create, refine, and roll out operational procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Track how operations are performing and lead ongoing improvement efforts.
- Handle budgets, resources, and operating expenses in a disciplined way.
- Guide and support cross-functional teams so business goals are met.
- Review operational metrics and prepare performance updates for senior leadership.
- Make sure company standards, industry rules, and safety requirements are followed.
- Work closely with other departments to improve workflows and service delivery.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in operations management, business operations, or another comparable leadership position.
- Strong capability in leadership, organization, and making sound decisions.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Practical experience with performance monitoring, process improvement, and KPI tracking.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders well.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and ERP or other business management tools.
