Role Overview

The Operations Analyst / Senior Analyst will join the eCommerce Logistics Hub Operations team in Singapore and report to the Head of Supply Chain Singapore / South Asia. The role focuses on tracking end-to-end delivery performance, generating insights, and identifying service gaps. It also requires close coordination with multiple teams to improve service quality, resolve issues, and strengthen customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and assess end-to-end delivery and transit performance, then prepare weekly and monthly updates for management.
  • Investigate why SLA targets are missed and identify the underlying causes of performance gaps.
  • Handle customer questions about parcel movement by giving prompt and easy-to-understand status explanations.
  • Work with Operations and other internal teams to roll out practical action plans that improve the delivery process.
  • Carry out regular quality checks with the Regional Quality Team to ensure local operations remain aligned with regional SLA expectations and quality benchmarks.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Around 2 to 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or last-mile work within the e-commerce sector is preferred, though recent graduates may also apply.

Strong Excel skills are essential, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, and dashboard creation. Experience using SQL to query databases is also required. Familiarity with database structures and reporting platforms such as Power BI will be an advantage. Knowledge of SLA tracking and end-to-end logistics workflows is considered beneficial.
