Overview
Munster Med Inn is looking to hire a Nurse Educator to train, guide, and develop nurses through a blend of clinical expertise and instructional ability. This role focuses on preparing future nurses as well as supporting the continued growth of current nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Create and organize lesson plans along with relevant curriculum content.
- Deliver instruction on nursing theory and hands-on clinical techniques.
- Assess learner progress and review performance outcomes.
- Provide mentoring, guidance, and academic support to learners.
- Keep current with modern nursing practices and evidence-based care standards.

Education And Qualifications
