Role Overview

This opportunity is for a Mainframe Support / Technical SRE profile focused on supporting enterprise mainframe environments. The role involves working on COBOL, JCL, DB2, and related technologies while handling production support and incident management activities across multiple Indian locations.

Work Location

Openings are available in Indore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, and Kolkata.

Technical Skills Needed

The core technical stack for this position includes COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM. Exposure to CICS and MQS is considered an added advantage.

Key Expectations

• Work hands-on with COBOL, JCL, and DB2 in a support environment.
• Handle incident and request resolution, including priority incidents such as P1 and P2.
• Contribute to mainframe support assignments, with preference for candidates who have worked on banking-related projects.
• Manage several service requests and incident tickets at the same time.
• Be prepared to work in different shifts depending on project needs.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
