As an LPC-A, you will contribute to a supportive clinical environment by delivering counseling services, assisting with assessments and treatment planning, and helping clients receive consistent, personalized care. What You’ll Do

• Deliver individual therapy sessions to clients virtually across Texas.
• Complete intake evaluations and prepare individualized treatment plans.
• Write accurate, prompt clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Use evidence-based methods, including CBT and trauma-informed practices.
• Work with supervisors and care teams to help improve client results.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related discipline.
• Current Texas LPC-Associate license.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA-compliant clinical recordkeeping.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Previous counseling experience, including telehealth-based work, is preferred.
• Experience with client intake and treatment plan development is an advantage.
• Well-developed clinical documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with CBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Spanish fluency is considered a plus.
