- Licensed mental health professionals with a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related area, and an active Texas LPC-Associate license. Candidates with telehealth experience, strong documentation skills, and Spanish fluency are especially well suited.

About the Role
AssuraSource Behavioral Health provides compassionate, evidence-informed mental health care with an emphasis on accessible support, thoughtful counseling, and strong therapeutic connections. As an LPC-A, you will contribute to a supportive clinical environment by delivering counseling services, assisting with assessments and treatment planning, and helping clients receive consistent, personalized care. What You’ll Do
- Deliver individual therapy sessions to clients virtually across Texas.
- Complete intake evaluations and prepare individualized treatment plans.
- Write accurate, prompt clinical documentation and progress notes.
- Use evidence-based methods, including CBT and trauma-informed practices.
- Work with supervisors and care teams to help improve client results.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related discipline.
- Current Texas LPC-Associate license.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA-compliant clinical recordkeeping.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Previous counseling experience, including telehealth-based work, is preferred.
- Experience with client intake and treatment plan development is an advantage.
- Well-developed clinical documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with CBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based approaches.
- Spanish fluency is considered a plus.
