Loader/Unloader - 1st Shift (Wed-Sat)

About the Role

Freight Breakers is hiring a full-time Box Loader/Unloader in White Haven, PA. This is a hands-on, high-energy role where pay is tied to output, making it a strong fit for dependable people who are comfortable staying active for most of the shift.

The position is scheduled for the first shift, Wednesday through Saturday, with hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Some shifts may end sooner depending on workload, and overtime may be assigned when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Manually load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers.
• Use a handheld scanner to track each box as it is loaded.
• Move cages between the trailer area and staging locations.
• Load trailers efficiently while keeping work safe, organized, and accurate.
• Unload floor-loaded trailers by moving boxes onto a conveyor.
• Scan boxes during unloading.
• Sort boxes into the correct cages.

Pay Details

This role uses performance-based pay and is paid per trailer/case handled. Typical earnings are about $200 to $250 per day, with average hourly earnings of at least $16 and potentially more than $25, depending on productivity. The more cases you move, the higher your earnings can be.

Requirements

• Strong attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Must pass a drug screening.
