Overview

This role supports enterprise learning programs for a large insurance organization operating in the financial services space. The Learning Coordinator handles day-to-day coordination, execution details, and administrative support across the full learning delivery process. What you'll do

  • Coordinate learning programs from planning through delivery across virtual, classroom-based, and blended formats.
  • Handle logistics such as scheduling sessions, managing enrollment, granting access to virtual tools and materials, tracking attendance and surveys, and arranging onsite support when needed, including room bookings, catering, facilities coordination, and audio-visual requests.
  • Support program managers, facilitators, and internal stakeholders with operational tasks.
  • Maintain trackers, calendars, shared folders, and program documentation.
  • Spot operational issues, gaps, or repeated problems and escalate them to the appropriate program or project owner.
  • Keep learner records accurate, including participation, completion, feedback, and assessment data in the learning management system and related survey tools.
  • Help with regular audits of learning data to keep records consistent and accurate.
  • Work with external vendors, facilitators, and speakers on scheduling, materials, and session details.
  • Prepare facilitator guides, participant handouts, and learner communications as needed.
