In this role, you’ll be the steady support behind the kitchen, helping maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace so chefs can stay focused on preparing bold, high-quality food.

What you will do

• Keep the kitchen area clean, tidy, and ready for service at all times.
• Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment so the cooking team can keep moving.
• Replenish cleaning materials and let the team know when supplies are running low.
• Support with simple food preparation tasks whenever help is needed.
• Work in line with health and safety standards to protect yourself and your colleagues.
