Junior Web Designer

About the role

INFUSE is looking for a Junior Web Designer to craft attractive, functional visual experiences for websites and applications. In this role, you will help develop user interfaces and other visual assets that support client campaigns and internal business needs.

Responsibilities

Your work will include producing web and email design assets, building simple landing pages, and creating polished layouts that align with client expectations and internal standards.

Key duties

• Build straightforward landing pages using existing templates, or from scratch when needed.
• Create email designs and structure email layouts.
• Design banners and other digital visual assets.
• Develop full landing pages inspired by a client’s existing website.
• Prototype and design interfaces for internal company projects.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of design fundamentals, be comfortable with common web design tools, and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

• Understanding of design principles, including typography and color theory.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
• Ability to work with HTML and CSS; familiarity with other web development languages is a plus.
• Good teamwork and communication skills for working with other departments.
• Experience in UX/UI design.

Working arrangement

This is a remote contract role with a fixed schedule of 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM EEST. Pay is issued monthly via invoice and Payoneer, with no delays.

Hiring process

The selection process is handled personally by the recruiting team. Applications are reviewed by humans, and shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a video interview, a test task or short project, followed by interviews with HR and the hiring manager. Interviews are conducted live, either in person or over Zoom; the company does not hire through text message or Telegram.
