The company is looking for a driven Junior Front-End Developer from the MENA region to join its distributed team. This role suits someone eager to build modern web interfaces, work with cross-functional teammates, and strengthen their technical ability in a healthcare-oriented environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and update responsive, easy-to-use websites and landing pages for healthcare and medical clients.
• Translate UI/UX designs into well-structured, reusable front-end code.
• Contribute to digital marketing assets that improve campaign results and user engagement.
• Partner with designers, marketers, and project managers to implement layouts and functionality accurately.
• Support front-end improvements that help SEO, conversion optimization, and overall site performance.
• Improve website speed, accessibility, and compatibility across browsers.
• Ensure websites work smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Follow current web standards and usability best practices.
• Help maintain and enhance websites built on CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Make content updates, template changes, and layout adjustments when needed.
• Find and fix interface issues and front-end bugs.
• Test pages and features across different browsers and devices for consistent behavior.
• Keep up with new front-end tools, technologies, and development practices.
• Take part in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and process improvement efforts.

What We're Looking For

• 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, academic projects, or personal projects.
• Any experience contributing to live websites or web applications will be considered an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Exposure to modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React or Vue is beneficial.
• Experience with WordPress or another CMS platform is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly development practices.
• Comfort using Git and version control workflows.
• Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of performance optimization and browser compatibility requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning.
• Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks is a plus.
• Awareness of web accessibility standards such as WCAG is preferred.
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows is helpful.
• English fluency is required, and Arabic is highly desirable.
