IT Support Officer (Entry / Junior)

Technopole I-NOVA is looking for a motivated junior IT Support Officer to handle technical helpdesk duties and keep everyday IT services running smoothly. Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for hardware, software, and system-related support requests.
• Set up, configure, and keep computers, devices, and applications running properly.
• Help with network access issues and carry out basic system administration tasks.
• Record support tickets, track progress, and close issues within a reasonable timeframe.
• Identify technical faults and apply effective fixes.
• Work with internal teams to support dependable and secure IT operations.
• Assist with system upgrades, data backups, and routine maintenance work.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Good communication skills and a service-focused approach.
• Ability to manage priorities and handle several requests at once.
• Exposure to office software and IT support tools is advantageous.
