About the role
This position is a key support role for the Chief People Officer (CPO) within Richemont Group. It focuses on organizing and following up on the people agenda, supporting senior HR leadership meetings, and helping deliver impactful HR initiatives in a fast-paced international luxury retail setting. The job blends executive coordination, HR project support, analytics, and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities
- Offer day-to-day strategic and executive support to the Chief People Officer, including calendar management, preparation of senior-level presentations, and help with strategic messaging.
- Coordinate and run important HR leadership meetings, including HR Executive Committee sessions, by handling agenda planning, preparing materials, and tracking action items after the meetings.
- Support and drive HR projects across areas such as talent, learning, and engagement, while monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Turn detailed HR data and insights into clear, persuasive executive presentations that support informed decision-making.
- Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and organization structures, making sure data is accurate and providing analysis for workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Assist with employee engagement programs, internal HR communications, and community activities that strengthen collaboration and workplace culture.
- Work closely with HR Executive Committee members to improve coordination and alignment across HR priorities and functions.
- Handle administrative and logistical support for the CPO office, including meeting arrangements, travel planning, and expense processing.
- Track the cost of HR initiatives and monitor completion of compliance training for the RIC population.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, especially with exposure to HR project coordination or project management.
- Prior experience supporting senior HR leaders or working in an executive office environment is highly desirable.
- Background in a matrixed, international, or luxury retail business would be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and cycles such as talent reviews, performance management, workforce planning, and engagement.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive presentations and strong Excel skills for data analysis.
- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP, along with org chart tools; familiarity with Concur is a plus.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Strong discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify complex information into concise, easy-to-understand communication.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
