About the Company
Invygo is a leading car subscription and Subscribe to Own platform in the MENA region. Through its app, customers can access a car without dealing with banks or making a down payment, while enjoying flexible subscription options.
As the company expands across the region, strong operational execution is central to delivering the customer promise: cars available on time, maintained properly, and collected payments kept on track. This position is responsible for that operational backbone across the two biggest markets.
Role Overview
The Head of Operations will oversee end-to-end performance across KSA and UAE, covering the full journey from vehicle onboarding to booking acceptance, customer handover, maintenance scheduling, and collections.
Working from Riyadh and managing distributed teams across both markets, the role carries ownership of the key operating metrics that drive speed, reliability, and cash flow health, including on-time in-full handover, acceptance rate and turnaround time, SMA scheduling and quality, fleet upload, and collections, including force collection.
The right person will be a practical operator and builder who is comfortable working with dashboards and service-level targets, can guide teams toward consistent execution, and converts operational insight into measurable gains in cost, speed, and customer experience.
Handover and Fulfilment
- Take full ownership of OTIF handover so that vehicles reach customers on the promised date and time, completely prepared and ready for use.
- Improve acceptance rate while reducing acceptance duration by ensuring eligible bookings are reviewed and confirmed quickly and reliably in both markets.
- Oversee vehicle upload and live inventory readiness, increasing the number and speed of cars made available for booking on the platform.
- Remove delays in handover through well-defined SLAs, root-cause analysis, and close coordination between supply, logistics, and field teams.
Fleet Service and Maintenance
- Own maintenance scheduling so Scheduled Maintenance Appointments are planned with full coverage, strong adherence, and minimal downtime for vehicles.
- Raise service quality and SMA ratings to protect the customer experience at every maintenance touchpoint.
- Manage vehicle readiness, turnaround time, claims handling, and the redeployment of returned vehicles back into live inventory.
Collections and Recovery
- Ensure subscriptions are collected on time across the active fleet in both markets.
- Lead enforced collection and overdue recovery while safeguarding the customer relationship and brand reputation.
- Lower overdue and aging balances through structured processes, escalation routes, and close coordination with Finance and Customer Experience.
Operational Excellence and Reporting
- Own daily operations dashboards and the full KPI set, including OTIF, acceptance, upload, SMA, and collections, with clear market-level targets.
- Create consistent processes and SLAs across KSA and UAE while allowing for local market differences.
- Spot bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost and cycle time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Supply and Partnerships to align committed vehicles, upload pipelines, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with Finance on collections, recovery, forecasting, and operational cost control by market.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to automate manual tasks and improve operational visibility.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Experience to ensure handover, maintenance, and collections support retention and NPS.
People and Leadership
- Build, guide, and develop high-performing operations teams across KSA and UAE with strong accountability and ownership.
- Set clear targets, manage performance, and strengthen the internal talent pipeline and succession planning within the function.
- Promote a culture that is data-led, execution-focused, and deeply customer oriented.
Requirements
The company is looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in operations, fleet, logistics, last-mile, mobility, or marketplace operations, including 4 or more years in a leadership position.
A strong record of owning demanding operational KPIs at scale is essential, such as on-time delivery or handover, SLA compliance, utilisation, and collections.
Experience managing distributed or multi-market teams is important, and exposure to operations across KSA and UAE will be a major advantage.
The role requires a strong analytical mindset and comfort working with operational data, SQL or BI tools, and metric reconciliation.
Experience in car rental, leasing, mobility, fintech collections, or fast-growing startups is highly preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management skills across Supply, Finance, Product, and CX are needed.
Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic and be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate there.
