Key responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst, you will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to assess performance, improve forecasting, and support budgeting and planning efforts. Your work will help identify opportunities, risks, and trends that influence strategic decisions across the organization.

• Review and interpret financial information to inform business and operational choices
• Create and update financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and planning
• Build reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and performance summaries
• Contribute to annual budgets and periodic forecast cycles
• Evaluate trends, variances, and key metrics to uncover business opportunities
• Assist with hold/sell analysis, change matrices, and related financial assessments
• Study market dynamics, economic indicators, and industry performance to support planning
• Track results against budgets and established performance targets
• Flag financial risks and suggest ways to improve efficiency
• Support executive-level ad hoc analysis and special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis
• Background in real estate, multifamily, commercial real estate, or development is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
• Proven capability in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage several priorities at once with strong attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working independently while collaborating across departments
• Interest in continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making
