This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to build a career in facilities management while gaining broad exposure across operations, compliance, maintenance coordination, and commercial property activities.
The role suits a person who enjoys a varied workload, learns quickly, and wants practical experience in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Role summary
In this position, you will look after your own portfolio of stores and help keep each site compliant, safe, customer-ready, and running efficiently on a day-to-day basis. The job combines office-based coordination with field-facing activity, giving you insight into both operational management and on-site facilities work.
You will work closely with contractors, internal teams, and store stakeholders, while also supporting commercial lease and facilities-related processes.

- Coordinate external contractors and internal field technicians.
- Set priorities, monitor progress, and make sure work is completed within required timeframes.

- Assist with compliance tasks and preventative maintenance activities.
- Support facilities projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate a wide range of maintenance and repair matters, including BWOF compliance, air conditioning, lighting, plumbing, electrical, roofing, building issues, store maintenance, and contractor scheduling.
- Contribute to commercial lease and broader facilities management processes.
Candidate profile
The company is open to applicants from different backgrounds. Direct experience in facilities is helpful but not required. Candidates with exposure to retail, administration, coordination, project support, or trade-related environments are encouraged to apply if they want to develop into facilities management.
The most important qualities are a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take ownership in a supportive team.
