The Role
This is a temporary part-time Facilities Administrator / Front Desk Coordinator position based in Auckland, working Wednesday to Friday. The pay rate is $27 per hour. The role involves front desk support, parcel handling, and office coordination within a global healthcare environment. Full New Zealand work rights are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact at reception for visitors and callers coming into the office.
- Receive, sort, and manage incoming and outgoing parcels, deliveries, and courier items.
- Organise meeting rooms, reserve bookings, and help with basic room setup needs.
- Support the broader team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Help coordinate office operations such as supplies, vendor communication, and facilities-related requests.
- Keep the workplace neat, orderly, and welcoming at all times.
