Role Overview

As an Executive in Stay Experience, you will serve as the primary contact for guests and work to ensure a seamless, memorable stay. You will understand guest preferences, respond to requests quickly, and resolve minor issues efficiently so that every guest feels supported and leaves with a strong impression of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Your work will center on guest satisfaction, issue resolution, and smooth coordination across guest and owner interactions. You will also contribute to tasks related to owner and guest management based on business needs.

Performance Focus

• Drive upselling opportunities for food and beverages as well as events.
• Handle and close guest grievances effectively.
• Support feedback collection from guests.
• Contribute to achieving zero walk-out outcomes during villa audits.

Additional Information

This role is based in Gurgaon/Gurugram, Haryana, India. Candidates with access to a personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler may have an added advantage for flexibility in service.
