Role Overview
This role calls for an Executive Assistant to support three leaders in Corporate Affairs and Legal. The position focuses on calendar coordination, travel planning, event support, expense reporting, subscriptions, and a variety of ad hoc projects.
Work Location and Schedule
The team works together in person at the Los Angeles or Dallas office three days per week. For this posting, the position is based in Dallas, TX and follows an onsite work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own calendar coordination, arrange cross-functional meetings and events, and manage outside-party logistics such as catering and venue selection, along with submitting expense reports.
- Handle travel planning across air, ground transportation such as Uber and Lyft, and lodging, including extensive domestic and international trips.
- Review incoming correspondence, support presentation and report preparation, and keep documents organized and well managed.
- Work with employees, external partners, and senior leaders across a global brand portfolio; draft memos and other communications as needed.
- Support event planning efforts, including offsites and team outings.
- Assist with invoicing and vendor contract coordination.
- Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to keep work moving smoothly.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-moving environment.
- Advanced proficiency with G Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to support additional executives when needed and willingness to work outside standard business hours if required.
- Strong client-service mindset with the ability to handle internal and external stakeholders professionally and calmly, even under tight deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree, experience in a tech company, or prior support for externally facing teams is considered an advantage.

Compensation Notes
The Dallas, TX hourly pay range for this role is $39.38 to $47.20. The Los Angeles, CA range is $42.93 to $49.04 per hour. Final pay may vary based on the scope of the role, work experience, education or training, job-related skills, internal equity, and market or business factors. If approved to work from another location, pay may be adjusted based on the specific city and state.
