Role Overview
This position is for an End User Support Specialist based in Dubai. The role requires 3 to 6 years of relevant experience and a strong background in end-user support operations.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is AED 7,000 to AED 9,000 per month. The package also includes visa support and medical insurance for family members.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day end-user support operations.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and escalation workflows.
- Maintain full SLA adherence and support improvements through analysis and response actions.
- Work collaboratively as an active contributor across multiple IT areas.
- Manage incidents, requests, problem resolution, and IMAC activities.
- Provide support for Windows 10, MS Office, basic LAN/WAN issues, Wi-Fi setup, application configuration, VOIP phones, and other assigned technologies.
- Resolve user issues in a professional, timely, and proactive manner.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and reports.
- Hold ITIL V4 Foundation certification, which is mandatory for this role.
