Role Overview

This position centers on keeping kitchenware spotless, supporting overall restaurant cleanliness, and helping the team maintain a safe, organized, and efficient back-of-house environment.

Key Duties

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, and other service items so they are ready for use.
• Help keep restrooms, floors, and the back dock clean and presentable.
• Remove trash when needed and support general cleanup tasks throughout the shift.
• Maintain a tidy work area and follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist other kitchen areas when required and work collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Willingness to support different areas of the kitchen as needed.
