Direct Hire Recruiter

Role Overview

QuickPro Staffing is seeking a full-time Direct Hire Recruiter for its direct hire division in the Cincinnati metropolitan area. This position offers a base salary plus commission and is suited to someone who enjoys connecting talented candidates with the right employers while supporting the hiring process from first contact through offer acceptance.

The role operates in a fast-moving environment and involves close collaboration with hiring managers, candidates, and internal recruiting and sales teams. The position focuses on placing talent across the Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky markets.

Key Duties

• Find, attract, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Carry out phone screenings and detailed candidate interviews.
• Align candidate experience, skills, and career goals with client openings.
• Develop and preserve strong working relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Create and publish engaging job advertisements.
• Share qualified candidate profiles with clients, including clear summaries of each candidate.
• Arrange interviews and keep communication flowing throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Support salary discussions and offer delivery.
• Keep candidate and client information up to date in the ATS/CRM system.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and future staffing needs.
• Follow up after placements to help ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
• Work with sales and recruiting colleagues to uncover new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

The employer is looking for someone who brings prior exposure to recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, sales, or other customer-facing work. The right person should be a strong communicator, relationship builder, and self-starter who can juggle several openings at once, stay organized, and remain effective in a changing, high-energy setting.

Comfort with outbound calling, engaging passive candidates, and working toward goals is important. Experience with ATS platforms, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar recruiting tools is also preferred.
