About the role
The organization is looking for a detail-focused and analytically strong Data / Business Analyst to join the Sales function. In this role, you will turn business data into practical insights, spot performance patterns, and support better decision-making with evidence-based recommendations.
What you'll do
- Review sales performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas that need improvement.
- Build, update, and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Develop and fine-tune SQL queries to pull, transform, and analyze large data sets.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to provide useful business insights.
- Track key business metrics and prepare recurring performance reports.
- Convert complex data findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
- Assist with forecasting, target setting, and business performance reviews.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and data systems.
- Present insights and recommendations to management in a concise, easy-to-understand format.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or business analytics.
- Hands-on capability with SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
- Background in sales analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting.
Preferred skills and exposure
- Experience supporting Sales, Revenue, or business performance teams.
- Knowledge of forecasting, KPI tracking, and reporting automation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools is a plus.
