Data Analyst - Monee (2026 Graduate)

Role overview

Monee is looking for a Data Analyst to support its Retail Finance function in Singapore. The role is centered on turning business needs into data-driven solutions, improving internal workflows through automation, and helping teams make better decisions using clear analysis and reporting.

What you'll do

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their goals and pain points, then translate those needs into practical data and process improvements that raise productivity.
• Assess and define meaningful business metrics, then carry out analysis that produces actionable insights for the ongoing improvement of the Retail Finance business.
• Act as a knowledge resource for retail finance data and operations by combining information from multiple systems, including operations, marketing, and source databases, into unified views for decision-making.
• Create and roll out reports, dashboards, and other visual analytics tools for managers and business users.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, Banking, Statistics, or a closely related discipline.
• Applicants should be on track to complete their degree by July 2026 and be ready to start by August 2026.
• Some prior work experience in analytics-related roles is expected.
• Strong hands-on ability in SQL and Python is required.
• Comfort using data visualization tools is important.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Background in finance or banking is advantageous.
• Exposure to business intelligence work within the finance sector is also considered a plus.
