Job Overview
This opening is for a Customer Support Associate in an international voice process. The role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience, including freshers, who are eager to build a career in customer service and have strong English communication skills. The position requires immediate joining and is based at the office in Navi Mumbai.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer support interactions in an international voice process.
- Assist customers through email communication as part of the core support function.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Support customers across assigned service requests and queries.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- 0 to 2 years of experience is preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai or nearby areas.
- Applicants should be within a 25 km commuting distance.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Highest qualification should be 12th pass, diploma (3 years), or graduation in any stream.
- No current academic backlogs are allowed.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including both day and night shifts.
- Ability to work from the office full time.
- Interview will be conducted face to face.
Work Schedule
The role follows a 5-day work week with 2 rotational weekly offs. Shifts are rotational and include both day and night hours.
