Role Overview
This position focuses on managing the administrative side of logistics operations for inbound and outbound movements, truck documents, and client coordination. The role supports smooth day-to-day processing, timely completion of tasks, and consistent service quality while serving as the main administrative contact for clients within the logistics cluster.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end logistics administration workflow so all tasks are completed within required timelines.
- Process inbound and outbound documentation, vehicle entry permits, truck loading plans, and MAMAR export clearance paperwork.
- Prepare and share accurate daily operational reports, including Packing Plant and Container GRN, Sea and Land Dispatch, and Consolidated Racking List updates.
- Keep Warehouse Management System and SAP records fully aligned and updated on a daily basis.
- Deliver service that meets client expectations and internal standards while safeguarding the company’s interests.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues related to container planning, ASN, orders, and IT matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a dependable administrative contact for clients and share performance updates promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with team members to achieve KPI targets and required quality benchmarks, and submit KPI reports when needed.
- Follow all Health, Safety, Security and Environment requirements and immediately report or stop unsafe actions or conditions.
- Support onboarding and development of new team members, including on-the-job learning and completion of training programs.
- Maintain organised records and transition files into electronic storage while keeping physical copies properly managed.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 3 years of professional experience is needed.
- A background in customer service, logistics, shipping, or supply chain is preferred.
- Strong administrative discipline and attention to detail are important for this role.
- Ability to coordinate across departments and communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders is expected.
- Knowledge of logistics documentation, reporting, and systems such as WMS and SAP is useful.
