As a Shift Leader/Supervisor, you will oversee assigned shifts to keep operations safe, smooth, and efficient. The role centers on delivering strong guest experience while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

• Lead assigned shifts with a strong emphasis on safety and operational control.
• Support the training and development of crew members.
• Work closely with the team to keep customer movement and service flowing smoothly.
