Role overview

Ogilvy Sydney is seeking creative teams with strong ideas and the ability to produce work that gets noticed, influences culture, and solves practical business challenges. The role is suited to Art Directors and Copywriters who are curious, ambitious, and eager to keep developing their craft. Candidates may be early in their careers or already operating at a mid-weight level.

You will be expected to question briefs, look beyond the obvious, and bring energy to every stage of the process, from idea generation to final delivery.

What you'll do

• Help shape creative concepts and campaign ideas across a variety of channels.
• Use conceptual thinking to address client business problems through creative solutions.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, strategists, designers, and client-facing teams.
• Confidently present and explain ideas to others.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in design, copy, and presentation work.
• Keep up with culture, technology, social media platforms, and emerging trends.
• Keep building your craft and continuing to push your thinking.

What you'll bring

• A portfolio showing strong ideas, craft, and creative promise.
• Background in an agency or another comparable creative setting.
• Ability to create ideas that work across full-funnel and multi-platform campaigns.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and storytelling abilities.
