About the Role

This is a full-time marketing position for someone who is creative, self-assured, commercially aware, and focused on results. You should enjoy producing content, contributing fresh ideas, and working closely with others to bring campaigns to life. The role sits within the Marketing team and works alongside the Marketing Manager as well as the wider Marketing and Commercial functions.

Sponsored Content, Editorial, and Newsletter Work

You will help coordinate both sponsored and organic content across a range of channels, from brand partnerships to editorial and email marketing.

• Coordinate with brand partners to plan and deliver sponsored content across editorial placements, social media, EDMs, website features, and related channels.
• Partner with the marketing team to prepare, publish, and oversee sponsored content across multiple platforms.
• Manage and keep up to date the internal sponsored content inventory tracker.
• Create engaging editorial content for Style Edit, the brand’s interior inspiration resource.
• Build and schedule newsletters in Mailchimp to maintain audience engagement.
• Review newsletter results and refine future sends based on performance data.

What the Role Calls For

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, enjoys working with others, and can manage a busy workflow without losing attention to detail. You should be comfortable presenting and speaking with external partners, be confident using Mailchimp, and bring at least two years of experience in copywriting and content creation across multiple marketing and social platforms. The company also values professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to learn. A background in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a similar field is preferred, and familiarity with SEO is a plus rather than a requirement.
